This policy describes what personal data we process in connection with the use of https://wystawcochcesz.pl (the “Service”), for what purpose and on what legal basis, and what rights you have. This is an English translation for convenience; the Polish version prevails.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Breeze Services LLC, 1505 Cota Ave, Long Beach, CA 90813, USA. For matters concerning personal data write to admin@wystawcochcesz.pl.

2. The “Ask about the product” form

  1. The form collects your name (or signature), e-mail address and the text of your question. The message also includes the name and address of the listing the question concerns and the IP address from which the form was sent.
  2. The data is sent by e-mail to admin@wystawcochcesz.pl – to a mailbox on the Service’s server in Poland. The Service does not store the form content in a database. The session remembers only the time the message was sent, in order to limit the number of messages (at most 5 per hour) and protect the form from spam.
  3. Purpose and legal basis: answering your question – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a possible purchase) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller’s legitimate interest: handling correspondence and protecting the form from abuse, including the IP address).
  4. Providing the data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot answer the question.
  5. We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the question and any further correspondence, and then until possible claims expire or until an effective objection or request for erasure.

3. Cookies and browser storage

  1. The Service sets one cookie: the technical Joomla session cookie (a random string). It is necessary for the “Ask about the product” form (protection against impersonation and the message limit). The cookie is deleted when you close the browser, and the session data on the server after 150 minutes of inactivity.
  2. The Service does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not use tracking tools such as Google Analytics or the Facebook pixel.
  3. The “Saved” and “Recently viewed” lists, the selected list view (list or tiles) and hiding the promotion bar are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to the Service. You can remove them by clearing the site data in your browser.

4. Google Fonts

The Service’s pages load the Open Sans font from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser then connects directly to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information. The service is provided by Google LLC (USA), which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: a consistent look of the site). More information: Google privacy policy.

5. Server logs

The server automatically records in its logs information about each request: IP address, date and time, the address of the visited page, the response code, the referring page and browser data. We use them to keep the Service secure and to detect errors. Aggregate visit statistics, available only to the administrator, are also created from them. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The logs are deleted automatically, after about 14 days at the latest.

6. Links to other websites

The “Buy in the shop”, “Facebook” and “WhatsApp” buttons are ordinary links. The Service does not load plugins of those sites, so data reaches them only after you click. From that moment the privacy rules of the given site apply (e.g. the kupcochcesz.pl shop).

7. Recipients of data and transfers outside the EEA

  1. The data is stored on a server in Poland. Access to it is available to the administrator and persons authorised by the administrator, to the extent necessary to run the Service. We do not sell the data or share it for marketing purposes.
  2. The controller is established in the USA, a country outside the European Economic Area. The controller reading your message means a transfer of data to the USA. The transfer is not based on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses – its basis is Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR: the transfer is necessary to handle the question that you yourself address to the controller. In the USA the protection of data may not match the standards in force in the European Union.

8. Your rights

  1. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability (for data processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  2. To exercise these rights, write to admin@wystawcochcesz.pl.
  3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
  4. We do not make automated decisions and do not profile users.

9. Changes to the policy

The policy may be updated, e.g. after a change in how the Service works. The current version is always available on this page. The rules for using the Service are described in the Terms of Service.
