Terms of Service – WystawCoChcesz.pl

These terms set out the rules for using the website WystawCoChcesz.pl, available at https://wystawcochcesz.pl (the “Service”). This is an English translation for convenience; the Polish version of the terms prevails.

Service provider

The provider of electronic services in the Service is Breeze Services LLC, 1505 Cota Ave, Long Beach, CA 90813, USA. E-mail: admin@wystawcochcesz.pl.

§ 1. What the Service is

  1. The Service is informational. It presents listings with photos, descriptions and prices, and links to pages where you can buy a product or learn more about it – in particular the online shop kupcochcesz.pl.
  2. The categories “Klasyki z USA” (US classics) and “Poradniki zakupowe” (shopping guides) publish excerpts of posts from the blog of the kupcochcesz.pl shop, with a link to the full text.
  3. Browsing the Service is free and does not require an account.

§ 2. Listings and purchases

  1. You cannot add your own listings or place orders in the Service.
  2. A purchase is made on the page to which the button in the listing leads (e.g. “Buy in the shop”). The sales contract is concluded with the owner of that page, and the order, payment, delivery, returns and complaints are governed by the rules applicable on that page.
  3. Prices and availability in the listings are updated from the shop’s data but may differ from it, for example right after a price change. The information shown on the shop’s page at the time you place the order is binding.

§ 3. Contact and product questions

  1. You can send a question about a listing with the “Ask about the product” form on the listing page or to admin@wystawcochcesz.pl.
  2. The data you provide in the form (name, e-mail address and message) is used to answer your question.
  3. The “Saved” and “Recently viewed” lists are stored only in your browser’s memory and are not sent to the Service.
  4. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

§ 4. Reporting incorrect content

  1. Content that is outdated, incorrect or unlawful can be reported as described in § 3(1), stating the address of the listing and the reason.
  2. Reported content is reviewed and, where necessary, corrected or removed.

§ 5. Final provisions

  1. The terms may be changed. The current version is always available on this page.
