AEG Automotive 97204 - car battery jump leads

Use

Jump leads (cables for charging and starting a battery) are used to safely transfer current from the battery of a working vehicle to a discharged battery, enabling an emergency engine start. The AEG Automotive 97204 set is a pair of leads 2 x 3.5 m long, in black and red, making it easy to connect the terminals correctly.

Technical parameters

The cables are made using copper-clad aluminum technology, and the lead cross-section is equivalent to a 25 mm² copper cable, which provides adequate current capacity. The manufacturer recommends using the set with petrol engines up to 5500 cm³ and diesel engines up to 3000 cm³, at a system voltage of 12 or 24 V. The Best-Contact terminal clamps are fully insulated, which increases safety in use.

Equipment

The set is supplied with a practical storage bag, so the cables can be conveniently kept in the trunk and always be at hand in case of a flat battery.
