Blic 6503-05-9521680K – lower rear panel for VW Golf II

A steel rear body panel mounted in the lower part of the rear of the car, under the trunk lid. Designed for the Volkswagen Golf II (type 19E, 1G1) with engines from 1.0 to 1.6, produced in 1983-1992.

What it is for

The lower rear panel often corrodes, especially at the corners and around the light openings. Such a panel lets you cut out the damaged section and restore the original shape of the rear of the body, without reshaping the sheet metal on the spot. After installation it must be rustproofed and painted.
