Entatial - engine cylinder head stud kit, ARP 208-4301 type
Offer listed on WystawCoChcesz.pl. The product is sold by the kupcochcesz.pl online shop.
Entatial - engine cylinder head stud kit
Cylinder head bolts (studs) clamp the head to the engine block with the right force, ensuring the head gasket seals and the correct compression ratio is maintained. They work under very high mechanical and thermal loads, so whenever the head gasket is replaced it is recommended to inspect or replace the bolts.
Why replace cylinder head bolts
- In many designs, head bolts are single-use (stretch) types - after removal they lose their mechanical properties
- Weakened bolts can lead to insufficient clamping of the head gasket and its failure
- New bolts ensure a repeatable and reliable tightening torque in line with the manufacturer's specification
Material and construction
The kit is made of iron with a brass finish, right-hand thread, in a design type corresponding to popular ARP studs used in racing and engine tuning.
Application
The bolts are intended for use when overhauling the cylinder head and replacing the head gasket. Before buying, verify that the dimensions (diameter, thread pitch, length) match your specific engine.
Installation
Installation requires tightening the bolts precisely in a set sequence and in torque stages (according to the engine manufacturer's instructions), preferably with a torque wrench - recommended in an automotive workshop.
