HGDDBAE - upper decorative engine cover

The upper engine cover is a plastic part mounted on top of the engine bay, covering the manifolds, lines and other components. Besides its aesthetic function (a tidy look when the hood is opened), it dampens engine noise and partly protects against dust and dirt.

Material and construction

The cover is made of high-quality plastic resistant to impact and wear. Black, uniform in colour, it is precisely designed to match the shape of the original factory cover and to seal well against the engine bay.

When to replace the cover

• Cracks or broken-off pieces of the cover
• Deformed or damaged mounting points
• Faded or scratched appearance affecting the look of the engine bay
• Missing cover after earlier removal

Application
