Use

A door module is an electronic component responsible for managing the electrical functions fitted in a vehicle's doors, including window control. The control unit shown automatically closes all windows (and optionally the sunroof) after the doors are locked with the remote, eliminating the risk of leaving a window ajar in a locked car.

How it works

The module works with the car alarm and central locking system - after the remote's arm button is pressed, the system closes the windows in sequence: front left, front right, rear left, rear right. A built-in safety function detects resistance while the window is rising (for example an obstacle) and immediately stops that window, while continuing to close the others.

Construction and installation

The housing is made of heat-resistant black ABS plastic, in a miniature form that makes installation easy in the door space or behind the dashboard. The module is universal, intended for 12 V vehicles with four doors, and installation consists of a simple two-wire connection using the included wiring harness and mounting tape.
