Use

Heavy electrical cables with a 4 AWG (21.2 mm²) cross-section are used in automotive installations that need to carry high currents, such as battery wiring, a second battery installation, cables for high-power audio amplifiers or connections for welding equipment mounted in a vehicle. The set includes two separate cables - red (positive) and black (negative) - 5 meters each.

Construction and quality

The cables are made of tinned copper, which provides high conductivity, corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation properties, increasing the lifespan of the installation. The core of each cable consists of 5000 fine strands, which gives the cable great flexibility and resistance to bending. The outer silicone insulation is soft and resistant to extreme temperatures from -60°C to +200°C, and the rated voltage is 600 V.

Applications

The cables are suitable not only for car batteries but also for welding batteries, photovoltaic installations and other high-power electrical devices that require thick, flexible wiring.
