QWORK WD41974 CV Joint Boot Kit

The QWORK WD41974 CV joint boot kit is a universal constant-velocity boot for a car's drive shaft. It protects the joint from moisture, dust and sand, which speed up wear of the grease and rolling elements inside the joint.

Uses

The boot is made of high-strength rubber and can be trimmed to the required size according to the original dimensions on the vehicle, so it fits a very large number of passenger car models.

Installation and kit contents

The kit includes a pair of stainless steel clamps with adjustment ranges of 25-45 mm and 60-120 mm, an outer axle sleeve and a mounting cone that makes it easier to slide the boot onto the shaft without damaging the rubber. All of this allows replacing the boot in place, without removing the whole joint.
