TRW BHN318 – brake caliper with fist-type bracket

The TRW BHN318 brake caliper is an assembly with a fist-type bracket, equipped with an integrated parking brake mechanism. The body is made of aluminum, and the piston diameter is 38 mm. The product is sold without brake pads and goes on the right-hand side of the axle.

Application

The caliper bracket guides the pads and transfers the clamping force to the brake disc. The caliper is a replacement for OE numbers 1K0 615 424 A, 1K0 615 424 D and 1K0 615 424 J used in vehicles of the brands Audi, Seat, Škoda and Volkswagen.
