DeWALT DCM561PBS – XR 18V cordless string trimmer with split shaft

For finishing lawns

The DCM561PBS is a string trimmer powered by DeWALT XR 18V batteries, with a brushless motor and a 33 cm cutting width. It works with 2 mm line, and two speed ranges (up to 4600 or 6000 rpm) let you choose between longer run time and greater performance on thick grass and weeds.

Ease of use

• split shaft for easier storage and transport
• adjustable auxiliary handle
• head with semi-automatic line feed
• smooth speed control with the trigger

A brushless drive and no combustion engine mean quieter operation, no exhaust fumes and instant start. The trimmer works well along flower bed edges, around trees, fences and in places where a mower cannot reach. The weight of the device is about 3.6 kg.

Bare tool version

The trimmer is supplied without a battery and charger. It fits DeWALT XR 18V batteries; 5 Ah cells are recommended, which provide the longest mowing time.
