EBERG REQU2 160 – wall-mounted heat recovery ventilator

A decentralized wall-mounted heat recovery ventilator installed in an opening in an exterior wall. It provides constant air exchange in a single room without ductwork – a good option for energy-efficiency retrofits, apartments and houses without a central installation, where heat recovery ventilation is needed.

How it works

The fan runs reversibly: for about 70 seconds it extracts stale air, giving up heat that is stored by the ceramic heat exchanger, then it changes direction and brings in fresh air, warmed by the stored energy. The manufacturer declares heat recovery of up to 93%.

Quiet operation

• brushless motor with output up to 60 m³/h,
• noise level from 29 dB(A),
• automatic damper closing the duct when switched off,
• air filters with a replacement indicator,
• remote control.

The unit is installed in walls 250–500 mm thick and does not require condensate drainage to the sewer. It is a compact mechanical ventilation solution for a bedroom, living room or home office.
