DeWALT DE0892G – receiver for a green beam laser

A laser visible even in the sun

The DE0892G is a detector that works with DeWALT line lasers emitting a green beam in pulse mode. It picks up the laser line where the eye can no longer see it: outdoors in full sun or in large rooms. The working range is up to 50 m, which lets you mark out level across a whole plot or hall.

Operation

• LCD display with direction arrows,
• beep with adjustable volume,
• button for selecting reading accuracy,
• built-in magnets for attaching to steel elements,
• automatic shut-off that saves battery.

Use

The receiver makes it easier to set suspended ceilings, mark floor level, install door frames and windows, and also for earthworks and laying paving stones. It is attached with the included clamp to a batten or pole. The housing has an IP54 rating, so it is not afraid of dust and splashes. It is powered by a 9 V battery.
