Ymxygz YM-10991 – decoration in the style of the Order of the Legion of Honour

A metal badge in gold color, resembling the French Order of the Legion of Honour, the highest state decoration of France. The item takes the form of a pin-on decoration on a ribbon and is intended for people interested in military history, collectors and fans of historical souvenirs.

Construction

The badge is made of a metal alloy with a shiny finish. The whole piece is about 12 cm long including the suspension, so it displays well on a mannequin, in a display case or on a reenactor's uniform. The gold finish is durable and should not fade easily.

Use

• display in a collection of decorations,
• costume accessory for historical reenactment groups,
• gift for a history enthusiast,
• decorative element for a study or library.

Specifications

This is a souvenir collector's item, not an officially awarded state decoration.

This item is a Legion of Honour decoration in a collector's version, that is, a commemorative reference to the Order of the Legion of Honour established in France in Napoleonic times. The collector's badge will be useful to people who study military history, put together exhibitions or add French motifs to their collection of decorations.
