AUA-9 fiber optic power meter

An optical power meter is an essential tool for measuring absolute optical power or relative optical power loss over a given section of fiber. In fiber optic systems, optical power measurement is crucial. Like a multimeter in electronics, the optical power meter is an indispensable part of fiber optic measurements, and technicians working with optics should have one in their arsenal. Thanks to the ability to measure the absolute power of a transmitter or optical network, the optical power meter lets you assess the performance of optical devices.
