Netgear ProSafe Plus GS108PE 8-port SMART PoE v3 switch.

Netgear GS108PE 8-port Gigabit PoE switch.
With PoE (Power over Ethernet) technology, the GS108P delivers data and power simultaneously over a Cat5 cable.
4 ports can additionally supply power, based on the IEEE802.3af standard.
Advanced auto-sensing algorithms ensure that only 802.3af end devices are powered from the mains.
If the connection to a connected PoE device is interrupted, the GS108P switches off the power automatically.
PoE simplifies and optimizes network installation, because connected end devices do not need to be located near a power outlet.
Access points, surveillance cameras and similar equipment can be placed straight away in optimal locations.

Features:
-Power up to 4 wireless access points or other PoE-capable devices.
-Sturdy housing and quiet, fanless design.
-Automatic shutdown mode saves energy when not in use.
-Auto Green mode checks the cable length and adjusts power consumption.
-Energy savings of up to 60 percent.
-Automatic Power Down mode saves energy when nothing is connected.
-Packaging made of at least 80% recycled material.
-Transmits less power if the cable is short (under 10 m).
