BIUGERCN electric engine starter

The BIUGERCN electric starter is a solution that replaces the traditional pull cord in small combustion engines, including those used in mini motorcycles and single-track vehicles such as the Coleman CT200U, B200R and Honda GX160 engines. Instead of manually pulling the cord, the engine is started by pressing the Start button, which shortens start-up time and makes operation easier.

Use and convenience

The solution is especially useful for people with limited physical strength or in situations of frequent cold starts, for example when riding in winter or after the vehicle has been parked for a long time. The set includes a pre-wired solenoid and a relay, which makes installation easier without having to connect additional electrical components yourself.

Material and durability

The construction is based on a gear made of aluminum alloy and corrosion-resistant relays, which translates into a longer service life compared to standard manual starters. The manufacturer recommends following the three-step cold start procedure (choke and throttle adjustment) for the best results at low temperatures.
