CVT drive belt for quad/UTV vehicles

A drive belt for the continuously variable CVT transmission in UTV/quad off-road vehicles of the RZR 1000 XP, 1000S and 900S family (model years 2014-2021). It is a key part of the drivetrain, responsible for transferring power from the engine to the wheels through the pulley system.

Material and construction

The belt is made of a blend of neoprene and aramid fibers. The aramid fibers provide high tensile strength and natural resistance to high temperatures, while the neoprene provides flexibility and durability. This combination helps dissipate heat and increases reliability during continuous operation under heavy load, typical of riding in rough terrain.

Precision and durability

The belt teeth are precisely cut, which ensures accurate engagement with the CVT pulleys, reduces slip and lowers wear on both the belt and the whole clutch system. The belt core keeps its shape under load, so the belt holds its proper length and tension even with rapid changes in rotational speed, for example when climbing hills or accelerating hard.

Installation
