DUZEPA magneto stator coil

The stator, that is the magneto generator coil, is the stationary part of the alternator that produces the current needed to charge the battery and power the electrical system of a motorcycle, scooter or quad. The DUZEPA model consists of six coils connected by five wires and is intended for engines of 50 to 125 cm3, popular in ATV-type go-karts and off-road motorcycles.

Construction and parameters

The stator coil is made of metal and plastic materials that ensure durability and resistance to the vibration accompanying engine operation. The overall diameter of the part is 83 mm and the mounting hole spacing is 40 mm, which makes it easier to match typical alternator housings in engines of this class.

Installation and use

Installation requires just two mounting bolts, so replacing a worn or damaged stator is relatively simple. A working stator coil ensures proper battery charging and a stable voltage supply to the lighting and other electrical consumers of the vehicle, so replacing it is recommended when the battery keeps discharging despite riding.
