FreeTec UK0012 – 25-piece valve spring compressor

A set for compressing springs and removing valve keepers without taking the cylinder head off the engine. The overhead-type valve spring compressor attaches to the studs or holes of the head, and the pressing lever compresses the spring, exposing the keepers. This lets you replace valve stem seals and valve springs with the head in place.

Use

It fits engines with OHV (valves in the head, camshaft in the block) and OHC (camshaft in the head) valve trains. To keep the valve from dropping into the cylinder, the piston is set at TDC or compressed air is fed through the spark plug hole.

The tools are made of steel with an anti-corrosion coating, and the whole set fits in a case.
