Set of 285 aluminum pop rivets

An assortment of pop rivets in three diameters (marked M3, M4 and M5) and several lengths, sorted in a transparent box. It is a rivet set for quickly joining thin materials where we have access from one side only – e.g. for underbody shields, wheel arches, signs, ventilation ducts or sheet metal flashings.

Construction

aluminum rivets have an aluminum body and a steel mandrel. When squeezed with a riveter, the mandrel expands the sleeve and then snaps off at the neck, creating a durable, vibration-resistant joint.

Specifications

Before riveting, match the drill bit diameter to the rivet diameter and the rivet length to the total thickness of the materials being joined. The box with compartments makes it easier to store the rivets and quickly find the right size during work.
