PowerMotor PD24J carburetor for GY6 125-150cc engines

What it is for

The PowerMotor PD24J carburetor is an engine component intended for 4-stroke GY6-type power units of 125 and 150 cm³, fitted in quads (ATVs), off-road go-karts, scooters and mopeds. It is responsible for preparing the fuel-air mixture that goes into the engine's combustion chamber.

Construction and performance

The carburetor is made of high-quality aluminum-zinc alloy, resistant to corrosion caused by contact with fuel liquids and vapors during engine operation. The 24 mm throat diameter and a precisely selected air-fuel mixture ratio translate into stable engine operation, proper power and torque, making the part a full-value replacement for a worn or damaged factory carburetor.

Application and compatibility

The part fits engines designated GY6 125cc-150cc, 152QMI, 152QMJ, 157QMI and 157QMJ, used in many popular models of quads, go-karts and scooters, including the brands Roketa, Sunl, Baja, Kazuma, Taotao and Kymco. The set includes the carburetor itself, an air filter and an intake pipe (manifold), which allows a complete replacement of the fuel system without having to buy additional parts. Before buying, it is worth checking the air intake diameter and mounting against the specifications of the engine in your vehicle.
