Complete front suspension kit for a quad

A front suspension kit designed for quads, four-wheel off-road vehicles and go-karts. It includes all the key components needed for a complete overhaul of the front suspension and steering system in a single package, which simplifies both buying the parts and the installation itself.

Kit contents

• 2x upper suspension control arms
• 2x lower suspension control arms
• 2x shock absorbers
• 2x steering columns
• 2x steering knuckle pins
• 2x wheel hubs
• set of mounting bolts and nuts

Material and construction

The kit components are made of high-strength metal, additionally protected with an electrophoretic coating that guards against corrosion and mechanical damage. This construction is meant to ensure the durability of the components in harsh off-road conditions - mud, dust and moisture.

Use and ride comfort

Replacing the full set of arms and shock absorbers helps reduce noise and vibration transmitted to the vehicle body, improving ride comfort and handling precision on uneven terrain and in sharp corners.

Installation notes

The kit does not include printed installation instructions - we recommend having it installed by someone with mechanical experience. Before buying, compare the dimensions and mounting points with the original parts fitted to your vehicle model.
