Long run time for 12 V tools

The DCB126 is a 12 V XR lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 5 Ah. It fits all DeWALT XR cordless tools with a voltage of 10.8 V and 12 V, including drills, impact drivers, multi-tools, saws and lights. It is the largest standard capacity in this line, allowing you to noticeably extend the run time of compact tools without charging breaks.

Use

The battery works as a spare for a set with smaller 2 Ah cells or for tools bought without a battery. It charges in DeWALT chargers for 10.8-18 V XR batteries. The large capacity is especially useful with saws and impact wrenches, which draw more current than drills.

The compact shape means the battery does not significantly increase the tool's size, yet it provides several times longer run time than low-capacity cells.
