DeWALT DCB183 – 18 V XR battery 2.0 Ah

A compact battery for everyday work

The DCB183 is an 18 V XR lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 2 Ah. It fits all DeWALT tools on the 18 V XR platform. Thanks to its low weight of about 0.35 kg, tools are light and well balanced, which is appreciated when driving screws overhead, installing fittings and working in tight spaces.

Use

The battery works well in drill drivers, impact drivers, jigsaws, lamps and meters. It is a good choice as a spare battery for a kit or as lightweight power for a tool bought without a battery. Because of its small capacity it charges quickly, so with two batteries work can continue without breaks. For grinders and saws, 4-5 Ah batteries are a better fit.
