DeWALT DCMCS565N – compact 30 cm cordless chainsaw

For the garden and the job site

The DCMCS565 is a chainsaw powered by DeWALT XR 18V batteries, with a 30 cm bar and a 3/8 inch LP pitch chain. The brushless motor handles cutting wood up to approx. 25 cm in diameter, so the saw is suitable for trimming branches, cutting firewood, shorter logs and structural beams on a construction site.

Practical solutions

• up to approx. 100 cuts on a single charge (depending on the battery and the wood)
• simple bar mounting mechanism that makes tensioning the chain easier
• wrench stored in the saw body
• chain speed adjustable with the trigger

The lack of a combustion engine means no exhaust fumes, no fuel mix and no troublesome starting. The saw starts immediately when the trigger is pressed and runs much more quietly, which people working near homes will appreciate.

Bare-tool version

The saw is supplied without a battery and charger. XR 18V batteries with a capacity of 5 Ah or more are recommended, as they provide the most cuts per charge.
