A versatile cordless saw

The DCS570 is a handheld circular saw for rip, cross and bevel cuts in wood and other building materials. A high-torque brushless motor drives the 184 mm blade, and the cutting depth reaches 65 mm, so the saw cuts through typical structural timber in a single pass.

Settings and safety

• switch lock protecting against accidental start-up
• spindle lock

The rigid body construction limits vibration and extends the tool's life. According to the manufacturer, the brushless drive provides more than 50 percent longer run time on a single charge compared with a brushed motor.

The saw is supplied without a battery, charger and case. It is a good offer for owners of DeWALT XR 18V batteries; they work best with 5 Ah cells.
