The DT90016 is a set of 12 router bits with carbide-tipped blades, intended for plunge routers. It includes the most commonly used shapes: straight, groove, round-over, chamfer, profile and mortise bits. It lets you make grooves, rabbets, edge rounding and decorative profiles in solid wood and boards.

Use

The case has a transparent lid and marked slots, so you can see at once which bit is missing. Feed the bits at a moderate rate and use several passes for deeper grooves, which extends blade life and gives a cleaner surface.
