DeWALT DWE349 – 650 W orbital jigsaw

Compact jigsaw for wood and metal

The DWE349 is a corded jigsaw with a 650 W motor and a blade stroke of 20 mm. It has electronic stroke rate control with a dial, so it is easy to match the speed to wood, boards, plastics or thin sheet metal. A three-position orbital action speeds up cutting in wood, and when switched off it gives clean edges in delicate materials.

Convenience

• aluminum base plate with tool-free angle adjustment up to 45 degrees, with detents at 15 and 30 degrees,
• tool-free blade change,
• blower clearing sawdust from the cutting line,
• rubberized bow handle,
• protective base plate cover protecting delicate surfaces.

Applications

The jigsaw is suited to cutting openings for a sink and hob in a worktop, trimming panels, curved cuts and making shapes in plywood. A weight of about 2.4 kg makes one-handed guiding easier.
