DeWALT DWE4036-QS – 115 mm angle grinder, 750 W

A very slim grinder

The DWE4036 is a lightweight corded angle grinder for 115 mm discs. The 750 W motor reaches up to 11,800 rpm, and the body with a very small circumference feels like a thick pencil in the hand. As a result the tool is less tiring over longer work and works well in hard-to-reach places. It weighs about 1.6 kg.

Features

• protection against unintentional restart after a power interruption,
• spindle lock located on top of the head,
• side handle in two positions,
• adjustable disc guard.

Applications

The grinder is useful for cutting thin profiles, rods and sheet metal, grinding welds, removing rust and chamfering edges. A 115 mm disc is lighter and cheaper than a 125 mm one, and is perfectly adequate for many workshop jobs. It is a good choice for DIY users and as a handy grinder in a professional's kit.
