DeWALT DWE4347 – 125 mm 1700 W brushless angle grinder

Less servicing, more work

The DWE4347 is a corded angle grinder with a brushless 1700 W motor, running at a constant speed of about 9200 rpm. A brushless drive does not require replacing carbon brushes, is more compact and heats up less than a classic motor. A winding potted in epoxy resin protects the motor from fine abrasive dust, which most often destroys grinders.

Perform and Protect system

• an electronic brake stops the disc in less than 2 seconds, also after a power loss
• an electronic clutch switches off the motor if the disc jams
• soft start without jerking
• restart protection after a power interruption

The slim body is comfortable to hold with one hand, and the additional vibration-damping handle improves control during longer grinding. The quick-release nut allows changing the disc without a wrench.

Application

This is a grinder for everyday work cutting rods, profiles and sheet metal, grinding off welds and grinding concrete. Powered from the 230 V mains.
