LICAEVEY desoldering braid

A set of five desoldering wicks made of a low-residue copper alloy. An essential consumable in any electronics workshop that repairs printed circuit boards.

What a desoldering braid is for

Copper desoldering braid is used to remove excess solder from printed circuit boards - when correcting soldering errors, removing components, replacing keyboards or cleaning solder from SMD pads. Applied to a heated joint, it quickly absorbs the molten solder, leaving a clean pad ready for re-soldering.

Precise dimensions

Each of the five wicks is about 3.0 mm wide and about 1.5 m long, which gives a good supply for many repairs. The wicks are packed in a practical box that makes storage and unwinding of further lengths easier.

Low residue

The low-residue formula means no sticky traces are left on the board after work, and the solder pad stays clean and ready for further processing.
