The KATSU Tools 165150 sheet metal bender is a simple and sturdy workshop tool for manually bending thin sheet metal. The all-steel construction provides rigidity during use, and the 460 mm working length lets you bend even wider sheets in one setup. It works well in an auto repair shop, a garage, for roofing and sheet metal work, and in a home DIY workshop.

Application

The KATSU 165150 metal bender is suitable for galvanized sheet and other relatively soft, low-hardness materials up to 1.2 mm thick. It is not intended for stainless steel or high-hardness materials. The maximum bending angle is 90 degrees, which lets you form edges, gutters, flashings, covers and other sheet metal parts.

Construction

The machine has a simple but practical design without complicated clamps - the sheet is slid between the jaws and bent with the lever. This makes it intuitive to use even for people with no prior experience in metalworking. The whole unit weighs about 4.5 kg, which makes it easy to carry between workstations.
