Metzger 0905450 – fuel temperature sensor
The fuel temperature sensor is a small part of the fuel system that tells the engine control unit how warm the fuel in the line is. On this basis the computer can adjust the injection quantity and parameters, so a working sensor affects engine smoothness and fuel consumption. The Metzger 0905450 is made in a version with a housing and is fitted directly in the fuel line.
Who it is for
The sensor is intended as a replacement in VAG group cars, including selected versions of Audi A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A8 and Q7, Seat Altea, Leon, Ibiza and Toledo, and Skoda Fabia, Octavia and Superb. The original reference number is 038906081B. Before buying, check the fit for your car by VIN or HSN and TSN codes.
