QWORK WD45232 – outside micrometer 0–25 mm

An outside micrometer is a classic measuring instrument used to check the thickness of sheet metal, the diameters of shafts, pins and small parts to an accuracy of hundredths of a millimeter. This model covers a range of 0–25 mm, so it can handle most small details found in a workshop, modeling shop or laboratory.

Accurate measurement in the workshop

The spindle and anvil have carbide tips, so the measuring faces wear more slowly and the result stays repeatable. The reading resolution is 0.01 mm. The scale is laser-etched on the body and thimble, so the lines are thin and legible.

The built-in spindle lock lets you hold the reading and note it down calmly after taking the instrument off the measured part. This is convenient when working on a lathe or milling machine or during quality control of batches of parts.
