General description.
The Tourtalk TT 200-R digital receiver has a talk-back function, which lets the user decline to talk with the guide and the tour group, if permitted. The receiver is supplied complete with a lightweight single headset, batteries and a lanyard.

The Tourtalk TT 200 is a full-duplex communication system that lets group leaders and group members communicate fully with each other during a tour. The system allows the tour group to talk to each other and be heard (as in a telephone conversation); this makes it more convenient for sightseeing tours with question-and-answer sessions or interviews, factory floor meetings, staff training and many other uses.

The TT 200-T has three communication modes:

Guiding – The group leader (using the TT 200-T) can talk freely with the tour group. Each group member (using the TT 200-R) can respond only when the group leader allows it, which lets the leader keep control of proceedings.

Teaching - The group leader (using the TT 200-T) and an assistant (also using the TT 200-T) can talk freely with the tour group. Each group member (using the TT 200-R) can respond only when the assistant releases the right to speak. The group leader can always take part.
