Browin 311002 - vertical sausage stuffer

The Browin stuffer is a proven device for home and small-scale catering production of sausages, cold cuts and offal dishes. The vertical stainless steel construction works equally well in a home kitchen and in small meat processing plants or butcher shops offering their own products.

Versatile use

The device can fill various types of casings with a diameter of 16 mm and up - lamb, pork and beef intestines, as well as polyamide and protein casings. This makes it suitable for making many kinds of sausages and cold cuts.

Solid construction

The stainless steel piston has been reinforced so that it does not deform under heavy pressure on the filling, and an additional silicone coating ensures a tight seal during operation. The stuffer takes up little space on the kitchen counter.
