Craft Wok carbon steel wok 35.6 cm

The Craft Wok wok is a traditional Chinese round-bottom pan with a diameter of 14 inches (35.6 cm), made of thick, 1.8-millimeter commercial-grade carbon steel. The pan is hand-hammered by craftsmen, a method used for years in professional Chinese kitchens and valued by cooks around the world.

Use

The wok works best on gas burners - because of its round bottom it is not intended for flat electric or induction cooktops. Before first use, the carbon steel should be seasoned according to the included instructions, which protects the surface from sticking and rust.
