Garmin Fusion FM-S10RW – marine subwoofer

The Fusion FM-S10RW is a round marine subwoofer designed for flush mounting on boats and yachts. It adds to the onboard sound system the low tones that a set of satellite speakers alone cannot reproduce, so music on deck sounds fuller and clearer even at higher volume.

Construction and materials

The subwoofer housing is made of polypropylene and marine-grade plastics, resistant to sun, moisture and salt water – typical conditions of use on a boat. The white color lets you match the speaker to the light color scheme of most cockpits and cabins. The flat, minimalist shape makes discreet flush mounting easy in a gunwale, dashboard or other panel with no protruding parts.

Sound parameters

This marine subwoofer offers a maximum output power of 400 W at 4 ohm impedance, working in a 2.0/2.1 stereo configuration together with the other speakers of the set. The 10-inch audio driver handles reproduction of low tones in the boat's audio chain. Connection to the rest of the installation is wired, and the whole multimedia system can be voice controlled from a compatible marine stereo.
