Kemndln FD-51S - hydraulic hose crimping machine

The Kemndln FD-51S is a workshop hydraulic crimper for crimping fittings onto hydraulic hoses. The machine is intended for car service shops, agricultural and construction machinery, and workshops that make or repair high-pressure lines themselves.

Force and working range

The maximum pressing force is 2000 kN. The set includes 8 sets of dies for hoses with an outer diameter from 10 to 30 mm (10, 12, 14, 16, 19, 23, 27 and 30 mm), which allows you to handle single- and double-braid R1 and R2 hoses from DN6 to DN25. The hydraulic lines have reinforced connectors, and the tank holds 1 liter of oil.

Ease of use

• a magnetic adapter holder allows quick tool-free die changes,
• forged steel pressing head,
• load-bearing parts made of hardened alloy steel,
• a conversion chart is included for setting up the crimping process.

Applications

The crimper is suitable for power steering lines, car air conditioning lines, and for agricultural and construction machinery. The device has declared CE compliance.
