LG Magic Remote AN-MR21GA - original LG remote

The LG AN-MR21GA remote (also known as MR21GA, AKB76039701) is an original replacement part from LG, intended for Smart TVs from the OLED and QNED series launched in 2021. Basic functions work right after inserting the batteries via infrared, while voice control and extra functions require one-time pairing with the TV.

Compatibility

The remote also replaces older and related models: AN-MR22GA, AN-MR24GA, MR25GA as well as AN-MR23GA and AN-MR20GA - appearance and button layout may differ slightly depending on the production version. It is dedicated among others to the LG OLED G1, LG OLED C1 and LG OLED B1 series, as well as TVs from the QNED Mini LED and Nano lines.

Magic Remote functions

The remote supports the functions characteristic of the Magic Remote series - on-screen pointer control (mouse function), voice recognition and quick-access buttons for popular streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video or Disney+, available at the press of a single button.

Power and safety

The remote is powered by two AAA batteries (alkaline type), which are not included in the set for transport safety reasons. The device has 25 buttons and works within a range of up to 10 meters from the receiver.
