Mahlzeit WOLF2 - commercial meat grinder

The Mahlzeit WOLF2 meat grinder is a professional stainless steel machine designed for heavy use in the catering trade - butcher shops, restaurants and catering points. The 750 W motor can process up to 150 kg of meat per hour, making it suitable for large batches of ground meat, sausage filling or burger patties.

Use and accessories

The machine chops, grinds, slices and mixes raw or cooked boneless meat. The set includes three perforated plates with different hole sizes, so meat can be ground both fine and coarse, and the additional funnels allow sausage stuffing. The reverse function helps clear a blockage if a piece of cartilage or tendon gets stuck in the auger.

Safety and cleaning

Food is placed on the feed tray and pushed into the mechanism with a pusher, which protects your hands during work. Non-slip rubber feet keep the machine stable on the countertop, and it can be easily disassembled so that all parts in contact with food can be washed thoroughly.
