Nobsound aluminum DIY enclosure 430×308×92 mm

This is a split aluminum alloy enclosure intended for self-assembly of audio equipment. It fits amplifiers, DACs, headphone amplifiers, preamplifiers and other circuit boards, and the solid construction dampens vibration and interference well.

Construction

The panels are made of aluminum: the front is 8 mm thick, the sides 4 mm each, and the rear, top and bottom 3 mm each. The enclosure has no cooling fins, but the good thermal conductivity of the material itself helps carry heat away from the inside. The structure can be freely drilled and prepared for your own sockets, knobs and display.
