OMRON Gentle Temp 730 is a clinically validated digital thermometer for newborns, children and adults. The device combines high measurement accuracy with a very short wait for the result, making it a convenient solution for the whole family.

Non-contact measurement with a distance sensor

Advanced distance sensor technology helps position the thermometer correctly relative to the forehead, so the measurement stays precise even while a child is asleep - there is no need to wake them or touch the skin. The result appears on the display after just one second.

Additional features

The thermometer is operated with one hand at any angle, which makes it easy to take your own temperature as well as other people's. The device also has a silent mode, so you can take a measurement without waking a restless child, and a function for measuring the temperature of liquids, for example milk in a bottle.

Power and operation

Gentle Temp 730 is powered by standard AAA batteries (included) and starts with a single button. The manufacturer specifies an upper measurement range of up to 42 degrees Celsius and an automatic shut-off function.
