Steinborg HD9006M - buffet catering food warmer

The Steinborg electric buffet warmer is a practical solution for restaurants, hotels, catering companies and food service points that need to keep hot dishes at the right temperature for a longer time when serving buffet-style.

Three independent containers

The unit is equipped with three separate heat-retaining containers - two with a capacity of 3.7 liters and one with 2.5 liters - which lets you serve several different dishes at once without mixing their aromas, e.g. meat dishes, sides, sauces or soups.

Temperature control and heating plate

The 450 W power and stepless temperature control let you match the heating intensity to the type of dish. The containers can be removed and the unit used as a classic warming plate under your own pots and heatproof dishes.

Stable operation

The integrated thermostat automatically monitors and maintains a constant temperature, and an indicator light shows the operating state of the device. The solid 5 kg construction provides stability during longer buffet service.
