VEVOR - commercial electric deep fryer 24 l

The VEVOR fryer is a commercial deep-frying appliance designed for snack bars, food stalls and catering points. Two independent tanks of 12 liters each let you fry different kinds of food at the same time without mixing flavors, for example fries and onion rings in separate oils.

Power and temperature control

Each tank has its own 2500 W heating element, so the oil quickly reaches the set temperature. Independent thermostats let you set the temperature in the range of 50-200°C for each tank separately, and thermal protection automatically cuts the power if the oil exceeds 230°C.

Easy to use and clean

Two removable baskets with a capacity of 4 liters make it easy to lift out finished food, and a front hook lets you hang the basket over the tank so the oil can drain freely. A cool-touch handle and a fitted lid minimize the risk of burns and hot oil splashes. The heating elements can be lifted, which greatly eases cleaning of the tanks after work, and the stainless steel outer housing needs no special care.
