The adidas Havoc wrestling shoes are footwear made specifically for wrestling training and competition, also used in other combat sports practiced on a mat. The high upper stabilizes the ankle during the dynamic movements, grips and position changes typical of wrestling.

Construction and grip

The upper is made of synthetic material that is lightweight and resistant to deformation, while the rubber outsole with molded cleats provides good grip on indoor mats. The flat, low sole and neutral arch type support natural foot movement during a bout.
