FLYBIRD Foldable workout bench

An adjustable workout bench is a basic piece of home gym equipment on which most upper-body exercises rely - from dumbbell presses and flyes to abdominal exercises. The FLYBIRD model combines easy assembly with a solid steel construction, so it suits beginners as well as more advanced users.

Eight incline angles

The backrest of the bench can be set in eight different positions, which lets you precisely target your workout at the chest, shoulders, arms or torso. The notched adjustment system lets you change the incline angle in less than two seconds, with no tools needed.

Stable, durable construction

The frame is made of thick-walled alloy steel, which translates into a load capacity of up to 300 kg. Adjustable, non-slip feet adapt to uneven floors and also protect the floor from scratches when the bench is moved.

Comfort and storage

The 745 mm long backrest evenly supports the head and neck, improving stability during exercises. The upholstery is made of breathable faux leather that is sweat-resistant and easy to clean. After a workout, the bench can be folded in one movement after removing two pins - folded, it takes up only 76 x 41 x 24 cm, so it fits under a bed or sofa.
