GHB - Agility Training Ladder

The GHB agility ladder is basic equipment for training speed, agility and coordination, used by soccer players as well as people doing general fitness training at the gym or at home. Adjustable, twelve-rung steps on durable nylon straps let you adjust the spacing to the type of exercise, and the total length of the ladder is 6 meters.
