KRUMAD - adjustable Nordic Walking poles

A set of four lightweight aluminum Nordic Walking poles, that is two pairs, for people who train alone or as a couple. The poles support a natural walking rhythm, relieve the knee joints and improve balance during outdoor training.

Length adjustment

The telescopic design lets you adjust the pole length from 64 to 134 cm, so they suit shorter and taller people alike and can be shared by different members of the household. The twist-lock system holds the set length steady throughout the walk.
